My team led the strategy and execution for the rebranding of a community health system that offered affordable healthcare for the under-served, under-insured, and under-privileged populations in its two-county service area.
We facilitated the organization's first ever company-wide strategic planning session of 200 attendees to map out key brand values and communications and developed a new visual rebrand, including a launch campaign announcing the organization's new look, new name, and new medical facility.
